How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My orders. Each order shows its current stage from placement through delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel from the order detail page while its status is Placed or Confirmed. Once shipping starts, contact support for help.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery is currently enabled. Additional mobile and card payment options will appear at checkout only after they are available.
How do I request a return?
For an eligible delivered order, open its detail page within seven days of delivery and select Request a return.
How is delivery cost calculated?
The fee is displayed in your cart and checkout before you place an order. Eligible orders receive free delivery automatically.
