Delivery fees
Your delivery fee is calculated from the order value and shown in both the cart and checkout. Orders meeting the displayed free-delivery threshold receive the discount automatically.
Delivery address
Use a complete address, active mobile number, area or thana, and district or city. You can save multiple addresses and choose a default from your account.
Order progress
Open My orders to see the current stage: Placed, Confirmed, Shipped or Delivered. Exact delivery timing depends on availability, seller processing and destination.
Receiving an order
Check that the package and product match your order. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or materially different from its description, keep the packaging and submit a return request from the order page.
